Our journey started in 2015, when President and CEO Derek Sutherland, started working catering side gigs.  In 2020 during the COVID pandemic, and seeing how the industry became impacted, our consulting division was created.  Since 2020 we have expanded our operations to include operations in Hotels, Resorts, Restaurants, Consulting, Catering and shipping and logistics. Our rapid growth and knowledge of the industry allows us to leverage our working relationships with suppliers, vendors and fellow hospitality owners and become a market leader.
