Refund Details
The Sutherland Group does not accept returns or exchanges for products once they have been purchased. In the event that an item is missing, undeliverable, or otherwise fails to arrive as expected, The Sutherland Group will issue a credit memo to your account for the value of the missing or undeliverable items. This credit may be applied toward future purchases.
